1. Digital Products All our products are digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, once the files have been accessed or downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
2. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be issued under the following exceptional circumstances:
- The product was not delivered due to technical issues on our end.
- The product was not as described on our website, and you notify us within 14 days of purchase.
- You experienced significant difficulty accessing the digital files despite following the provided instructions and contacting us for assistance.
